The Importance of Managing Youngster Deliquency was the big theme of Speech and Writing Competition 2013. This event had been successfully held by two divisions of EDSA; 1st and 3rd division. It was the first time for both divisions to make such combination in an event. The competition was divided into ‘speech and writing short story’ for senior high school students and ‘writing essay’ for college students. The committee had been preparing for this event approximately in 2 month. For a long time preparation, they gather a lot of participants which came from different areas around DI.Yogyakarta, such as Kulon Progo, Sleman, Bantul, Wonosari and so on. Developing the creativity every students in speech and writing is an aim of the event. The competitions will be divided into 2 parts. First, speech and short story writing competition addresses to the high school students in Yogyakarta and its surrounds.
